Solicitations to the NSC will be announced via Sam.Gov as an Intent to Announce. However, the actual documents associated with the solicitation (project specific information) will only be available to NSC members. By including an announcement in Sam.Gov, the Government has the ability to reach the broader technology base, but those interested organizations will need to join the NSC (or join the team of an NSC member) in order to participate in the solicitation process.
